The story of Infiniment Espresso begins with Colombian Arabica, carefully grown in Tolima, a region carefully researched by Nespresso experts. Significant altitudes above sea level, volcanic soils, tree shade, and the quality preserved by the selective hand-picking of coffee beans offer so much to the roasters and reveal peppery notes with faint floral aromas.
The coffee mixture is divided into two batches to be used for split roasting. The first batch contains more of green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the smaller batch is roasted darker to emphasize the moderate intensity, creating a balanced coffee profile.
