Nespresso perfects its fermented coffee by experimenting with different terroirs and fermentation techniques. Saturated notes of macerated red liquor and exotic fruits, which are accompanied by sweet aromas and a unique expressive combination of grain and floral notes.
Fermented and unfermented beans are roasted separately to achieve a moderate roast. This difference helps preserve the aromas of the ripe fruits of the fermented grain.
